The "Leveling Up" Process
While every profile is different, most clients begin to see "Level 1" progress within the first 30 to 45 days. However, reaching "Pro Status" (a fully optimized score) typically takes 4 to8 months depending on the complexity of your history.
We challenge any unverifiable, inaccurate, or outdated information, including late payments, collections, charge-offs, bankruptcies, and public records.

Accountability & Responsibilities
Yes! This is a partnership.To "Level Up," you must maintain an active credit monitoring service, forward all bureau mail to us within 48 hours, and avoid taking on new debt or missing payments during the program.
We need "Intel" to win. A monitoring service allows us to see real-time updates across all three bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax) without triggering a "hard pull" that would hurt your score. If you do not keep your subscription active we are unable to update your account which leads to your profile being terminated.
Billing & Refunds
We charge a one-time Initial Consultation & Audit Fee to build your roadmap. Choose the package that is suitable for you, and it is a one-time fee also. NO PAYMENT PLANS!
The Initial Consultation Fee is non-refundable as it covers the expert labor of your initial audit. You pay a one-time fee based on the package you choose and it is non-refundable. You have the right to cancel the contract within 5 days of signing it, without any penalty or obligation.
