Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy
At Leveled Up Pros, we are dedicated to delivering elite financial strategies and measurable results. Our commitment is to provide you with the professional tools and advocacy needed to elevate your credit profile. To maintain the integrity of our professional standards, we adhere to the following policy regarding service fees:
1. Initial Consultation & Audit Fee
The Initial Consultation Fee is non-refundable. This fee represents the professional labor and expert analysis required to conduct a comprehensive audit of your credit report and the development of your personalized “Level Up” roadmap. This phase constitutes a completed professional service regardless of future enrollment.
2. Monthly Service Subscriptions
Our credit restoration and literacy services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Please note the following:
- Non-Prorated Billing: Monthly service fees are non-refundable and are not subject to pro-rated adjustments.
- Cancellation Terms: Clients may elect to discontinue services at any time. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, all future billing will cease immediately. However, access to professional services and active disputes will remain active only until the conclusion of the current paid billing cycle.
- Notification: You will receive a formal confirmation of your service termination and the status of any pending actions upon the processing of your request.
